How our text messaging program works
Who sends the messages: SLB Healthcare, LLC (d/b/a SLB In-Home Care), a Georgia in-home pediatric nursing provider.
How you opt in: You give express written consent by checking the unchecked SMS box on this page and submitting the form; by checking the same SMS consent box on the paper or electronic intake and admission packet a nurse reviews with you in your home; or by texting a keyword or message to our business number.
What you receive: Appointment and nursing-visit reminders, scheduling and nurse-arrival updates, intake and eligibility follow-up, and care coordination messages from your RN case manager. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send messages containing loans, cannabis, tobacco, alcohol, firearms, or adult content.
How often: Message frequency varies, typically 2–8 messages per month.
Cost: We do not charge for the service, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
How to stop: Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (470) 570-7053.
Privacy: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
